How we use it

Your data is used solely to generate and deliver your personalized newsletter. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data protection

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on Railway.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

YouLetter complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored immediately. Our sender identity and physical address (Wichita, Kansas, USA) are clearly identified.

FTC Guidelines & AI Disclosure

YouLetter clearly discloses that all newsletter content is AI-generated. We do not make false claims about accuracy, and we encourage users to verify important information with original sources.
