YouLetter is in beta. We provide no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or reliability. You are a beta tester, not a paying customer. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

All newsletters are AI-generated and may contain errors, misinterpretations, or inaccurate information. Always verify important information with original sources. YouLetter is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content. Do not rely on newsletter content for financial, medical, or legal decisions.

By creating an account or using YouLetter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 13 or older to use YouLetter.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person.

By signing up, you agree that we may store your email address, newsletter preferences, and usage data to provide the service. We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page.

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

We may change, pause, or discontinue YouLetter at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

YouLetter is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, errors in AI-generated content, or service interruptions.
