By creating an account or using YouLetter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

YouLetter generates personalized newsletters using AI based on your stated preferences and delivers them to your email on a schedule you choose. Content is AI-generated and may not always be accurate — do not rely on it as a sole source for financial, medical, or legal decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person. You must be 13 or older to use YouLetter.

The Free plan allows up to 3 topics. The Pro plan ($4.99/month) allows up to 15 topics and full feature access. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your Profile page. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You may not use YouLetter to create accounts for others without their consent, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the platform in any way that degrades the experience for other users.

AI-generated newsletter content is provided for informational purposes. YouLetter makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of generated content. External links in newsletters go to third-party sites we do not control.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

YouLetter is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
